I earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Computing from UCLA. I've always been fascinated by how user data can be leveraged to enhance both product development and operational efficiency.

I AM A FIXER! My experience working at various start-ups has taught me that while Operations can be defined in general terms, the actual processes and practices vary widely. This is because each product, service, and company culture is unique. That’s why my approach is to adapt my experience from the ground up for each project or product, tailoring it to meet the specific needs of the company as effectively as possible.
